Now Obama and the Democrats are going to screw over American blacks (and everyone else) yet again, and in a big way too. Do you ever wonder why the Democrats work so hard to ensure that predominantly black inner-city schools are always the worst schools in the country? It's a two-part answer, and it's not hard to understand. For the Democrats to keep the black vote they have to do two things.
First of all they have to keep black people in a perpetual state of racial fury. Blacks first have to (1) feel as though they are intentionally being kept in a state of poverty by white people, and (2) they have to believe that the white people responsible for this are Republicans. Part 1 of that is in many ways correct, but part 2 is exactly the opposite of the truth!
The Democrat Party has since its very inception been dedicated to the subjugation of blacks. The only thing that has changed over the years is how they do it. At first it was through slavery, but the Republicans put an end to that in the Civil War. Then it was through Jim Crow, poll taxes & the KKK, but Republicans eventually put an end to that as well. Then the Democrats changed their tactics completely. Instead of using violence and overt oppression they started using welfare that was specifically designed to take the father out of the home in order to destroy the black family.

They began using disinformation, racially divisive rhetoric and terrible schools (which they controlled then and still control now) to change their history and convince blacks that it was the Republicans not them who were the racists, that it was the Republicans who were going to "put ya'll back in chains." Sadly, this deception has been effective. The black family has been all but completely destroyed. Racial animosity is at its highest point in decades, and the vast majority of American blacks now blame Republicans for this destruction, believing the Liberal Democrat lie.
Why shouldn't they? They have no education, no concept of actual American history to show them the truth. The Democrats have seen to that very effectively, and even their own trusted black leaders are pushing the Democrats' lies on them & fostering their continued impoverished state. Worse yet is the fact that the Republicans, with a few notable exceptions, have thus far been completely unwilling to even really challenge the lies fearing that they'll be called 'racists' if they do. (They're being called racists anyway. What difference would it make?!)
