It is Everyone’s Right and Duty to Vote

This election cycle is crowded with clones of years past, espousing this and proclaiming that with no real substance to ensure what is said can actually be realized.  I guess that’s why they call it a cycle, it always returns and it’s always the same.

We have Jeb, another Bush, which in itself would be unprecedented but another Bush? There are 33 declared candidates, some we know but most we don’t.  The ones we don’t know really don’t have much of a chance and have thrown there “hats” into the ring for some other reasons than seriously running for President.  They may think they can win but it’s very much like some of the contestants on American Idol who are put on the stage for our entertainment and not their ability to sing.

Patriots,You Need To Act

Patriots, The Paul Ryan and Patty Murray budget deal is here, and boy does it stink. The deal removes necessary spending constraints that patriots like you fought hard to preserve. It actually increases spending by $63 billion in the short-term, with no entitlement savings in the future. And...it gets worse: the budget deal actually raises “fees,” which is just Washington-speak for taxes. Any bipartisan budget deal that fails to produce entitlement savings and increases both spending and taxes is NOT a deal, it's a scam! Call your Representative now and urge them to oppose the Ryan-Murray budget. If there is going to be a budget deal, it needs to either produce entitlement savings or cut spending NOW. Removing any of the sequester spending constraints is unacceptable without real entitlement savings. Get your Representatives on the phone now - tell them the Ryan-Murray budget deal is NO DEAL. The federal budget shouldn't be balanced by calling higher taxes "fees." It's time to be fiscally responsible and not force the next generation to pay for our debt.
