Top Public-Interest Attorney Refuses to Recognize Obama as President

On a day filled with celebration and retrospection, namely the Inauguration of President Barack Obama, a well-known and respected public-interest attorney, who appears regularly on top television and radio news and talk shows, said on Monday that he refuses to congratulate Obama, and his legal organization released a shockingly harsh statement to explain that refusal.

Larry Klayman, the founder of the successful organization Judicial Watch and a former candidate for the U.S. Senate in Florida — and the only lawyer ever to have obtained a court ruling that a sitting president had committed a crime (which occurred during the Clinton administration) — issued a biting statement on Inauguration Day.

In his statement Klayman declared his refusal “to congratulate Barack Hussein Obama with regard to his inauguration celebration” and his having been illegally sworn in [Sunday] and [Monday] by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.

Mr. Klayman said he does not and cannot recognize Obama as President of the United States.

And Klayman is not alone in his suspicions: the majority of Republicans — 64 percent — believe Obama is hiding something about himself while 33 percent of independents and even 14 percent of Democrats agree, New Jersey’s Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind survey revealed.

UN VOTES TO SEIZE JERUSALEM FOR MUSLIMS

 

 

In yet another failure of the Obama Administration's foreign policy, the United Nations General Assembly voted 138 yes, 9 no, and 41 abstain, to divide Jerusalem and seize much of Israel, declaring "Palestine" an independent non-voting member nation. 

Violating international law that forbids taking away land previously given to Israel by the UN in 1948 (and given to Israel by Almighty God before the beginning of time), the only major nations to vote "no" were the USA, Canada, and Israel.  Britain and Germany abstained, while France, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland all voted yes.

Hamas immediately repeated how they do not recognize Israel as a state, ignoring history. Yesterday's vote "was taken on the 65th anniversary of the vote to divide the former British mandate of Palestine into two states, one Jewish and one Arab, a vote Israel considers the international seal of approval for its birth," reported the NY Times.
Dr. Chaps' comment:  This proves in 1948 the UN already gave Arabs land called Palestine, which is trans-Jordan.  The Muslims still have that Jordanian land today, so how dare the UN seize more Jewish land?

Our friend Jay Sekulow warned this new declaration will make Israeli citizens vulnerable to lawsuits in the International Criminal Court.  His brother Jordan Sekulow warns of the folly of rewarding Muslims with more land for their recent violence.  "Not only did Arab Palestinians reject the principles laid out for the creation of two states in 1947, while Jewish Palestinians accepted them, Arabs immediately attacked the new Israeli state and there has been a perpetual state of conflict ever since. One need only be reminded of the Palestinian rockets that rained down on Israeli civilians a little over a week ago."
 

Dr. Chaps' comment:  If Israeli citizens can now be tried for crimes, why not prosecute the Muslims that launch rockets from Gazainto Tel Aviv in that same International Criminal Court?  They wanted membership, so let the "Palestinian" Muslims be tried for crimes, in their new International Court.
