It's no secret to anyone who watches any newscast – even once a week – that the Obama syndicate (aka Executive Branch of the US government) has been flexing its muscles, in order to take over all governmental power, since Obama and his Marxist entourage we installed in the White House in 2009. Obama has successfully cowed the US Supreme Court, as well as an increasingly wimpy and supplicant (until – perhaps – recently) Congress into submission to the dictator in chief. However, with the legitimate and vital-to-the-country's-survival investigations into Benghazi, the IRS (did you know their agents are now training with AR-15s to be used against us?), extreme data mining (involving at least half of all US citizens' phone, Internet and email records being seized by the Obama Gov) and the Obama/Holder attempts to silence and "potentially" prosecute reporters – including the Associated Press and Fox News' James Rosen – in order to end the First Amendment's freedom of speech) – maybe...just maybe...there is a faint glimmer of hope for us. These investigations must be followed to wherever they ultimately lead – no matter how high the office – or we will be irrevocably lost as a nation.

It was and is, however, the most corrupt, criminal and openly tyrannical US government, which is now openly attacking the USA and its people, that has existed in US history. Other than two interviews, I have not written a column on the active continuing decline of all liberty in the USA since 12 March. The reason is that it is simultaneously depressing and enraging to view the intense damage that those elected to high office in my country are doing to both the country and its people. Too many of those who have benefited the most from the United States of America's Republic are now openly and actively participating in its destruction.

ObamaGov: The story of a Tyrant and a collaborative Congress

It's becoming harder and harder for a great number of people to make sense of what the government is doing. So, instead of actually looking to and accepting the obvious and logical reasons (aka Occam's Razor) for what it occurring, media personnel (it has become increasingly difficult to call them journalists or reporters) continue to scratch their heads and ask 'what is Obama doing'? The answer is obvious to all, but the relatively brain dead. In other words, Americans – even if they are slightly dim-witted collaborative "reporters" – know precisely what he's doing.

Oppose Obama...prepare to die!

By now, most of you are likely aware of the 16-page DOJ memo outlining Obama's plan to kill US citizens at will...whenever and wherever he likes. The "rules of law' the Obama syndicate members appear to be using are those laws consisting of Obama's plans to bring them into existence via Executive Orders and existing law that he and his attorneys will deem – whether they are or not – supportive of their master's "right" to kill anyone he says is a terrorist, a potential terrorist or someone he thinks might be a terrorist in the future. In other words, via Obama and New World Order 'logic,' Obama can kill anyone he deems dangerous...even ideologically to himself, personally. That of course, includes anyone and everyone who opposes him. Currently, the memo pertains to killing US citizens without charges or a trial or even legal assistance for the targeted citizen outside of the country. Under the US Constitution killing US citizens without due process of existing law is not allowed – whether in or out of the country. All it would take for Obama to decide to kill US citizens in their homes – those who "offend" him – would, apparently, be another swipe of his pen in the form of yet another illegal Executive Order; the same type of Executive Order that most members of Congress have, thus far, patently ignored.

Regarding the memo, Judge Andrew Napolitano stated: "It basically says that the president of the United States can authorize an 'informed, high-level official of the U.S. government' to strip the constitutional protections of an American in a foreign country if the informed official is satisfied that the American is an imminent danger to American national security and his capture or arrest would be impractical, That is basically the power claimed by kings and tyrants. 'I can suspend the law to get you if you are a danger.'"

Note: Please remember that in the 1970s ObamaFriend and real terrorist Bill Ayers (via FBI informant Larry Grathwohl) said that over 25,000,000 (that's 25 millions, folks) Americans would likely have to be exterminated because they would be too loyal to the US Constitution, too capitalistic and would not be able to be "reeducated" Soviet style. It would seem that, in true Obama fashion for his friends, one of Bill Ayers' fondest wishes is about to be realized. By the way, in that same video (see source material below) the references to giving China and Russia US land on US homeland soil was and still is one of Ayers' desires. Via Obama dictate – and a willing and/or cowed Congress – China is already setting up camp in various portions of the USSA and is planning to set up more of them. Colleague Eric Rush offers excellent insight into portions of this and Obama's determination to disarm the American public in his recent column "The Darkest Design of Barack Obama."

Every day now, Barack Obama is doing more to destroy our country and us. Each day, said destruction becomes bolder and bolder. If bullies and tyrants aren't stopped this is what, inevitably, happens and lives are summarily destroyed or ended. Alexander (the Great) did it. Hitler did it. Stalin did it. Mao did it. Pol Pot did it, amongst countless others. Now, Barack Hussein Obama is working to do it and become more tyrannical than any of the rest. My column in 2008 "Is the USA ready for an American Stalin" was more prescient than I realized at the time. Few of our "leaders" have been or are currently willing to take on the would-be greatest tyrant of them all. It appears that we columnists and those web sites that continue to fight the beast are, almost, the only vocal ones left. We can only pray that there are a few true leaders who will light the torch of freedom – once again – in order to bring back both sanity and liberty to the God-fearing country that was once a beacon and safe harbor to the world. For, we cannot truly continue, at all, on our present course; a course which already includes death. So, either way, Obama plans to "get" US citizens and those on the federal level – think Boehner and the other RINOs – have already told us they are powerless or unwilling to stop the onslaught.

It, again, is up to We-the-People. How many are willing to put on the armor of God, pick up Obama's gauntlet and slap him back?

Dictator Obama: No more Bill of Rights--no compromise on demands

First and foremost, I offer my most sincere condolences to the families and loved ones mourning the loss of so many small children as well as the staff members of Newton, Connecticut's Sandy Hook School. The massacre of so many is, yet, another horrific act by, yet, another madman who slipped through the cracks of the liberalized US mental health system...a system which insanely allows even the violent mentally ill person to make the decisions on his or her own treatment — or no treatment at all.

Of course, the problem is not and never has been guns. In actual fact, virtually all of the recent mass slaughters under Obama's and other's watches have been committed in States with the strongest and most draconian gun laws.

In US States where laws permit the concealed carry of guns, these situations rarely — if ever recently — occur. Tragically, the State of Connecticut has — for all intents and purposes — already enacted gun control and just before this horrendous mass murder had tightened up its gun ownership laws. Instead, the true problem is actually isolating and treating those with already recognized and defined severe mental illness and, most especially, turning back to our once-spiritual nature and worship of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Gun control is meant and has been meant by every modern day dictator to control law-abiding citizens...not criminals. And this is precisely what Dictator-in-Chief Obama and his syndicate plan to do. We have warned you about Obama since before the 2008 elections. What we have warned has already come true in virtually all instances, with some of Obama's anti-liberty/anti-USA actions now being put into place in his second of who-knows-how-many terms he will serve. Obama and a willing Congress have already stripped out the Fourth Amendment (See the NDAA bill) and severely limited the First Amendment (See HR 347 "Criminalizing Protests Bill" and with Obama's order to arrest Mark Basseley Youssef for making an anti-Islam film the dictator has officially declared "blasphemy" of Islam as a crime). In other words, what is legally (under the US Constitution) required (three-fourths of US States) to ratify, Obama has done and is continuing to do on his own...unilaterally. Like it or not, folks, these actions are called "dictatorial powers"...and Obama is using them daily.

With regards to Obama's anti-US economy (aka "anti-American") policies, Wimp-of-the-House John Boehner has given Obama virtually everything he wants in order to 'save' the USA from going over the 'fiscal cliff.' With each attempt by Boehner to beg his master to accept it, Obama waves his hand, raises his chin a bit higher and — without even bothering to even read it — dismisses his supplicant Boehner with a bored "No." Obama is determined to have the Republicans give him the unlimited powers over the economy he demands. He will not budge.

In other words, Obama is now demanding Boehner and the other Republicans recognize that he is the first Dictator of the USA and will do as he pleases from now on. He will have his way or he will let the country go over said cliff. Note: This whole battle is inane, as we went over this cliff quite some time ago.

To recap, this is it, folks. Obama will have gun control or he may just foment another massacre. And he will have his dictatorship or Republicans may find multiple horses heads — or worse — in their beds. We know from the schoolyards of days past that the only way to fight a bully and stop him in his tracks is to face him down and refuse to surrender. Today, however, the "leaders" of our country and lacking any testosterone and even more importantly honor. We know that the more one acquiesces to intimidation and threats, the more those actions increase. They do not stop until they ARE stopped.

I know the Left hates facts as they [temporarily] disengage them from their mission of pushing feelings and riding on high-emotions to push through their Orwellian agendas. But, I shall — nonetheless — state them. In a CATO Institute study in February 2012, the findings strongly verified the belief that C&C States experienced less crime that States that employ severe gun control. Some of the findings from the study were: "Among the researchers' findings were 285 incidents involving concealed carry licenses, 154 instances involving defensive gun use by women, and 21 cases for minors and 201 for seniors. For specific crimes, 65 carjackings saw defensive gun usage, as did 25 rapes.

"The authors also said concealed carry policies on college campuses lead to a reduction in crime, using two Colorado schools as test cases. After the state enacted its concealed carry law in 2003, Colorado State University decided to allow students to carry concealed weapons while the University of Colorado prohibited them. The report found a 60 percent decrease in crime at Colorado State since 2004, while the University of Colorado [with strict gun laws] saw a 35 percent increase during the same time period."

The Obama syndicate is working hard to destroy every aspect of this country — our country — and with the US constitution essentially shredded his job has been made a great deal easier. BTW, you might ask your Congress person where he or she stands on all of this. Just a thought as we go over the proverbial cliff of no more economy and no more Bill of Rights. You ready to willingly accept the manacles of slavery or are we finally ready to fight?

Obama: Give me dictatorial powers or I'll take your country out

Well...well. The Obama has finally begun his now-open for all to see and hear demands for a dictatorship over the [former] United States of America. A few days ago, Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama laid out his demands to Congress for not yet pushing the current USSA (aka "Amerika") and its people over the ostensible fiscal cliff. These demands include: a doubling of his campaign "promise" to $1.6 Trillions in new taxes levied on the American people (which will decimate what's left of the middle-class...his intent all along), an immediate funding (to Obama) of $50Billions (to be used for political purposes as he sees fit...in other words a "gift" to him personally for any political purposes he deems necessary) and personal unlimited sole authority to raise the USSA's debt ceiling as he desires...whenever he wants. Translation: Obama now demands full dictatorial powers over the US economy and the elimination of Congressional authority — or even input — in all economic matters. In exchange, Obama said he "may" consider spending less of the taxpayers' (aka "serfs") money — but, he did not say it was a guarantee. Cont. Reading

"The price good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men." That observation from Greek mathematician, philosopher and teacher Plato is as profound today as it was when he first made it over 2,400 years ago. Since then many others, including Benjamin Franklin and Edmund Burke, have made essentially similar statements...all of which augment the basic truth that the desires of evil men to control and install tyranny over their fellows has not changed since the days of Plato and even before. This has never been as true as it is today in the United States of America, which is under both siege and rule from Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama and the would-be oligarchs in Congress and the US Supreme Court.

We in the USA are living in an expanding police state, where an increasing number of conservative Christians are now being forcibly removed from their residences and placed into mental hospitals for their "crimes" of expressed anti-Obama, anti-tyranny and pro-US Constitution sentiments. The most recent of these are Marine Veteran Brandon Raub who was forcibly removed by authorities from his home and placed in a mental institution and Christian Conservative Jason Egroff who was literally kidnapped by the Scranton PD and placed in a mental hospital. Their crimes? Disagreeing with the US dictator. And — as is their bent — the "mainstream" (aka Obama) media are not covering any of this and — instead — are now taking daily orders from the Obama White House on what they may and may not cover and may and may not say or write. The US press has now thoroughly and perhaps irrevocably been compromised, as it has embraced and willingly joined the Obama totalitarian movement and soon-to-be-open war against the American people.  Cont. We seem to have reached the end of the United States of America, folks. At least that is what the Obama syndicate wants us to believe. The time to panic has come and gone and now the great and planned wasteland of what was once our country has already begun its implementation. Will we ever stop it?

From a recent Obama court's ruling that passengers have no more rights not to be sexually molested by TSA employees through the US Treasury being summarily routed by Obama, Geithner and the rest of the Obama syndicate's hordes, the US Constitution's Bill of Rights having been overturned and decimated by the Soros-directed Obama syndicate, the Second Amendment being compromised by the Obama-Holder illegal "gunwalker" schemes to the NWO's Agenda 21 (which will now determine where people are allowed to live and work and what transportation they may use) beginning implementation in California (more specifically San Francisco-where else?) the Obama beast and a supplicant and willing Congress have allowed the complete destruction of America.

It seems that my 2008 prediction may be coming to fruition when I wrote: "After Obama is elected, all of his programs and people to keep him in power indefinitely — and to rid him of any and all opposition — will be firmly in place. You will not be able to vote him out of office. By the time he assumes the position of President of the United States it will already be too late. A democratic republic will last only so long as people of good will allow and fight for it. After they are gone — or removed — it is ended." An additional and insidious problem is that the US Congress — BOTH the now totally Marxist Democrat Party and the formerly stealth Marxist Republicans — support the policies of Dictator-in-Chief Obama. And now Obama's planned and irrevocable final coup d'etat of the US government may be enacted.

In January 2012 a [then] quiet deal was struck between SOE Software (then the leading US vote tabulation company. Scytl is said to be strongly linked to George Soros. The Obama syndicate members arranged the deal and Obama's now wholly-owned rubber-stamp Congress agreed to it. That's right. A foreign company may now, ostensibly and unconstitutionally, determine who wins US "elections." Of extreme interest, Scytl's CEO, Pere Valles, was the former VP and CFO of GlobalNet whose headquarters were based in Obama's then base of operations Chicago. Although apparently scrubbed from Obama's donor list (as so many negative and potentially negative-to-Obama documents and videos have been), Valles is said to have contributed heavily to Obama's first presidential run.

Although US States and their precincts are the ones who Constitutionally have counted votes since the US began as a nation, the indication seems to be that all States may now be told by the Obama government that all votes — nationwide — will be tabulated by the foreign company. Also, as all votes are "merged" under the Scytl system, no recounts will be available. Note: As an added "feature," Scytl also has a SPECIFIC program for military votes. I guess we can now assume military votes will be summarily dismissed if a Marxist-Democrat is in power.

Folks, in one last ditch effort to keep the last vestiges of our country from careening off, over and into the abyss we MUST contact our Representatives and Senators. Was Congress even involved in this? Typically, whenever a (designated national security — isn't our right to a legal and represented vote national security?) foreign company (i.e. Scytl) looks to take over a US company (i.e. SOE), Congress must be involved (does anyone still remember China's failed attempt to acquire Unocal?). Thus far, I have found nothing on the Internet that indicates Congress' involvement in the Scytl deal...at all. In actuality, I was advised today that Congress had no part in the Scytl acquisition of SOE Software. Was Congress bypassed again by an increasingly totalitarian government's Executive branch? Is Congress paying attention to anything that Obama does?

Was it the Obama syndicate who arranged this latest anti-democratic/anti-republic debacle? All we know now is that no one seems to be taking the credit and We-the-People are the ones being sold out to and for the global elite. No matter what name is used...it is still slavery.
