We all know that "Leading From Behind" essentially means either half-hearted measures or a complete checking out of the situation. 

Let us face facts. Under this administration, America is seen as a joke at best or as weak and unreliable at worst.

Our allies no longer respect us, and our enemies no longer fear us. Of course, many already know this.
