The goal seems to be to drive the small, independent entrepreneurs out of business via the imposition of regulations that literally choke the life out of them. Once they are completely obliterated, big corporations and big government will be perfectly aligned for the establishment of an oligarchy; thus, eliminating our freedom of choice in most areas of our lives.
