In an effort to understand what a Bill of Attainder is, which is addressed in Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution, I found this explanation with examples... examples of how a Chief Justice along with a highly divided Court voided legislation by Congress to limit Communists from holding positions in unions.
This is a shining example of how our own rules have been subverted to allow Communism into our land and our government.
My question is this: How can We The People do our duty and fight this subversion with an unresponsive president, Congress and Court?
