There's outrage after a New York Post investigation uncovered welfare recipients taking out cash and presumably spending taxpayer money at bars, liquor stores, porn shops, and even strip clubs.

On Varney & Co. today, Judge Napolitano said that once the government gives someone money, we can't tell them how that money should be spent.

He said, "I don't think you can tell people how to spend money that you've given to them. I think that you can control how much money you give to them, the circumstances under which you give it, and to whom you give it."
