Obama's move to Disarm our Local Cops.

Obama wants to eliminate and restrict what kinds of firearms Local Law Enforcement have available and use. This action is another anti-Second Amendment Liberal attack.

So, what does the 2^nd Amendment have to do with the COPs?

Well, first and foremost, they are AMERICAN citizens and have the RIGHT to Keep and Bear Arms! But secondly, they are one of the “Well Regulated Militia, being necessary to the SECURITY of a FREE STATE,”

Consider this:

The term "REGULATED" means "disciplined" or "trained", and “MILITIA” means “a group of people who are not part of the Armed Forces but are trained like soldiers.” Who better fits this description than our Local Law Enforcement?

Generally a portion of the Oath of Service Law Enforcement Officers take includes the following “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and DEFEND the Constitution of the United States.”

With all due respect to the National Guard, Local Law Enforcement is and will be the first line of defense if and when shit hits the fan with any attack against the Citizens of the US. And isn't it interesting that after the shooting deaths of two Terrorists in Texas (that had planned on attacking a large group of Americans) by Local Law Enforcement, Obama wants to start to disarm Police. If it smells like Bull Shit, it probably is!!

This is nothing more than another attack on our freedoms, the freedom to "Keep and Bear Arms".

When Obama says he wants to eliminate and restrict the types of arms the local Police Departments have and use, he is moving forward with the disarming of the American Public. Disarm the Police Departments, disarm the normal citizen and what do you have? ENGLAND!!!

And how is THAT working out?

Gun Confiscations are Gaining Steam Across Nation - Liberty News Now

There is an old saying in Washington, D.C. – a few billion here and a few billion there and pretty soon you’re talking about a whole lot of money.

The same can be said for low-key efforts underway right now across the nation by state and federal governments to seize legally owned firearms from law-abiding people and rush them to destruction while slow moving legal actions and seizure appeals playout.

The 2nd Amendment, is there limits?

The 2^nd Amendment - Ratified 12/15/1791.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

One of the biggest misunderstandings of the 2^nd Amendment made by Liberals and other Anti-Gun people is, “The right to keep and bear arms is limited.”  To which I say, BULL SHIT!!!!!

Behind Every Blade of Grass

Have you ever really wondered about the drive to disarm the American Public? Why is it so important to take away the guns of the normal citizen? Why do they care if you have guns?

There’s plenty of historical information about what happens to a populace that is defenseless. The people or rulers rather, in charge run rampant doing whatever they want to the defenseless “subjects”. There is nothing to stop them. Our Republic is a system of check and balances (well, supposedly anyway) to prevent any one branch of government from gaining too much power over the others but where is the check and balance for the Government’s power over its citizens? What is there that stops the Governments abuse of its people?

-GUNS- I love the saying, “God made Man, but Samuel Colt made them Equal!” This is the check and balance I feel that “We The People” have against our Government. An armed society is a SAFE society, a PROTECTED SOCIETY! Take for example the Bundy Ranch issue of past, my observation of the incident is the Government backed off for the main reason that it came face to face with armed citizens. Agree or disagree, the outcome would have been totally in favor of the Government had it not been for the citizens with guns. The Government would have advanced and physically taken over the ranch had it not been for the armed American citizens there.

The founding Fathers understood this and that is why we have the 2^nd Amendment, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." If the current administration decided today, to lock down the citizens of these United States of America, could they do it? Not without a lot of bloodshed, why? ARMED CITIZENS! The quote “You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.” is often attributed to Admiral Yamamoto of the Japanese Navy during WWII and some debate whether or not he actually said it but that’s for another time. However, the point of the words is true. What made the Colonists a pain in the ass for the highly regarded British army in the 1700s? A GUN BEHIND EVERY BLADE OF GRASS! The Brits knew this and that was why one of their main objectives was to confiscate all the firearms and powder from the Colonists. And trust me; the current Government understands this point very well.

It’s clear the objective of disarming the American Citizen is for control, take our guns and you can control US. But what's not so clear is how any citizen can agree with it. The liberal mindset of giving up the one and only way of Governmental check and balance by “We The People” is just unbelievably hard to grasp. We must never lose site of the evil that fights to control US, never lose focus on the fight at hand, we must never give them control and always, ALWAYS remember:

An Armed Society is a SAFE and PROTECTED Society. Fight for our RIGHT to Keep and Bear Arms America. If we don’t, we’ll wake up someday and wonder what happened and it will be too late. 

Franklin County, Indiana Passes 2nd Amendment Preservation Ordinance

While a number of states are currently considering legislation to nullify federal gun laws, rules, acts, orders and regulations, and various sheriffs around the country are issuing notice that they will not enforce any such federal laws, a new grassroots undercurrent could be building to support those efforts: local governments nullifying unconstitutional federal acts that violate the 2nd Amendment.


Last week, Beaufort County, North Carolina became the first in the country to do so. On Tuesday, Franklin County, Indiana joined them by passing a 2nd Amendment Preservation Ordinance. It passed unanimously, and County Commissioner Scott M. McDonough says they mean business.
“The citizens of Franklin County take the Constitution seriously and the State and Federal government need to do so as well,” he said.
The ordinance itself is an extremely strong stand in support of the 2nd Amendment. It reads, in part:
All federal acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations regarding firearms are a violation of the 2nd Amendment
The ordinance continues:
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners declares that all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, regulations – past, present or future – in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States are not authorized by the Constitution of the United States and violate its true meaning and intent as given by the Founders and Ratifiers; and are hereby declared to be invalid in this county, shall not be recognized by this county, are specifically rejected by this county, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this county.
Recognizing that federal acts almost always require support, logistics and the like from state or local governments, the final portion of the bill is what would give it the most effect in helping protect the rights of the people living there:
It shall be the duty of the Sheriff of this County to take all measures as may be necessary to prevent the enforcement of any federal acts, laws, orders, rules, or regulations in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
The first step that a sheriff should take? Refuse to comply with unconstitutional federal acts.
