We Don't need A Constitutional Convention !

I guess many people still don't understand the true nature and extent of the betrayal that is going on in our country. You prefer to trust the media types like Rush Limbaugh who carried water for George W. Bush for eight years while he got very rich off our stupidity, or Mark Levin who keeps pushing his books and his idea for a Convention of the States when the Constitution is not the problem... The people in power who don't like the Constitution are the problem..

Obama, Members of Congress :

Conservatism is Ready and Awaiting Your Attention

I was listening to Rush Limbaugh on June 21, 2011 and he described me like he had known me all my life, like he was looking into my mind. He was talking about how the media, and politicians in both parties, say that 40% of the voting population is partisan, hard core Republican, and 40% is partisan, hard core Democrat. They assume that 80% of the population is going to vote party line, regardless of the results. Independent voters, 20% of the population, are the key they say. Keep these 40%-40%-20% numbers in mind. Rush made the observation that these same pundits and politicians consider Independents lacking enough intelligence or knowledge to understand policy, or the Constitution for that matter. The 20% can’t make up their minds or don’t know what they want. They are the Sarah Palin dummies to them (not criticizing Palin here). For that reason both parties deluge us with talking points, evasions, very vague “pledges”, big spending made to look like budget cutting, grand promises, and outright lies. The old political saying goes “if you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with B S”. I don’t baffle as easy as I used to.

States, D.C. are told to clean up voter rolls or be sued; Judicial Watch counters Obama

Conservative public interest lawyers sent letters Monday giving the District of Columbia, Iowa and Colorado 90 days to prove they are taking steps to delete from their registration lists dead voters and former residents, or else face a lawsuit.

States get more time to decide whether to build health exchanges

One day before states were required to tell the federal government whether they would build their own health insurance exchanges, the Obama administration on Thursday extended the deadline for one month at the request of Republican governors.

The decision came in response to a Wednesday letter from Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal asking President Obama to push back the impending deadline. The two governors made the request on behalf of the Republican Governors Association; both have said their states will not set up an exchange. Read More
