"Battle Plan" for conservative Republicans to become an unstoppable

The "Battle Plan" for conservative Republicans to become an unstoppable "phalanx" of grassroots voters, capable of bringing the Reagan Revolution back into power:

We are a "build it and they will come" effort, to get much better organized so that we can have an effective "on the ground" plan to influence elections. We DO NOT WANT a national out-of-state tea party coming backing a congressional, state, or local candidate already chosen; the resident tea party members in each state must make these decisions. Our plan is to be an “umbrella group” for mutual meetings with any unaligned or independent tea party groups, plus all of the "locality" area tea parties (of loyalists of the Tea Party Patriots, Tea Party Express, or Tea Party Political Activists) & also "affinity" tea parties (a commonactivity or interest) such as the US Tea Party Political Activists 2nd Amendment Caucus, the US Tea Party Political Activists Right to Life Caucus, the US Tea Party Political Activists State and Federal Tax Lid Caucus, the US Tea Party Political Activists Homeschool Caucus, The US Tea Party Political Activists In God We Trust Caucus, and the Native American Tea Party Political Activists. "Locality" and "affinity" tea party groups have their regular meetings, & also periodic meetings of joint sessions in the county conventions, congressional district caucuses, state conferences, & also at a Tea Party National Assembly. The tea party county conventions send 3 proposals for State Laws & the congressional district caucuses send up to 3 proposals for US Federal Laws. From these proposals, the State Conference then selects the TEN MOST WANTED STATE LAWS & also the TEN MOST WANTED FEDERAL LAWS, to be provided to each state and federal Representative and Senator. If these state legislators or members of the US Congress vote for all ten of the tea party’s most wanted laws, they get a 100% State Tea Party rating. But if they get a 70% or worse State Tea Party Rating, then these legislators will get a Tea Party opponent coached in the US Tea Party Candidate's Prep School. The Congressional District Caucuses elect one Delegate & each of the fifty State Conferences elects two delegates to the US Tea Party Political Activists Electoral College, having 535 delegates of the 50 states meeting prior to the Iowa presidential caucuses, where the real public voting occurs for the election of delegates to the GOP National Convention happens. GOP Candidates participating in the Presidential Primary Elections speak to the US Tea Party Electoral College, which is an "earned media" news event that C-Span will be invited to show “gavel to gavel” national TV coverage. The 535 elected delegates of the Tea Party Electoral College endorses one of the candidates as the US Tea Party GOP presidential candidate. If so, we don't have the problem of many presidential candidates splitting the tea party vote nationally!
