Remember the Duke Rape Case? "On April 11, 2007, North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dropped all charges and declared the three players innocent. Cooper stated that the charged players – Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans – were victims of a "tragic rush to accuse."[9] The initial prosecutor for the case, Durham County's District Attorney Mike Nifong, who was labeled a "rogue prosecutor" by Cooper, withdrew from the case in January 2007 after the North Carolina State Bar filed ethics charges against him. That June, Nifong was disbarred for "dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation", making Nifong the first prosecutor in North Carolina history to lose his law license based on actions in a case. Nifong was found guilty of criminal contempt and served one day in jail.[10] Mangum never faced any charges for her false accusations as Cooper declined to prosecute her.[11] link
Well it looks like Nifong will have company in the Rogue's Gallery of Prosecutors. These two examples of cases that never should have come to trial are ominous indicators of a cancer that has invaded our justice system. It is now a full arm of an ever evolving Fascist Regime that seeks to control & intimidate its citizenry. The DOJ is clearly a justice joke. When it declined to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation in the 2008 election, the handwriting was on the wall. While the Duke case was just one of a long list of "accomplishments" by the race baiting Sharpton/Jackson dynamic duo, the Zimmerman case was the direct result of Holder's insistence that the it be brought to trial-- though the case was declared to be weak by many. Even though the prosecutors said the trial was not about race, everybody knew that it was. Remember, Holder said that "White People Haven't Suffered Enough. Hmm, was he trying to start a race war? Was he hoping to goad the wrath of millions of racists right wingnuts into an ill advised violent upheaval so as to have an excuse to declare martial law? Well it sure looked that way.
Fortunately, the "wingnuts" have not taken the bait--despite increasing black on white violence which is ignored by the MSM as well as the black on black violence. Those two scenarios do not fit the narrative that is being pushed so as to divide this nation into groups which can be easily manipulated into turning on each other while ignoring the ever increasing "Executive Orders" and surreptitious erosion of our freedoms.
It is of no surprise that Corey is under investigation for her role in the trial that never should have been. How many more such unjust prosecutions will we experience for any reason except that we have offended the State, or to be made an example of what can happen to us should we cross the PC line. That is not as far fetched as it may sound at first blush.
What is truly frightening is that so many continue to swallow the falsity that Sharpton/Jackson and the MSM continually fed them. This is not the last case, there will be more.
