This
upcoming anniversary of 9/11 is going to be marked with an event in our
nation's capital that will spit in the faces of those lives lost twelve years
ago. The organization hosting this event is the American Muslim Political Action Committee.
Until just a couple of days ago it was called the Million Muslim March. Now the
group thinks that name is a bit too scary, so they changed it to the Million American
March Against Fear. Well, I suppose that makes all the difference, doesn't it?
The purpose of this event, according to the organizers, is to protest the
persecution and discrimination of American Muslims since 9/11. How blatantly
absurd! There is so much wrong with their agenda that I scarcely know where to
begin.
The
leader of AMPAC is M.D. Rabbi Alem, a self-proclaimed 9/11 Truther who believes
Jews really caused the terrorist attack 12 years ago. I suppose there are
backwoods places in the world where this malarkey might be believed if it were
told enough times, but nobody with more than twelve brain cells could ever buy
that. Muslim terrorists, Jihadists, Islamists, radical Muslim monsters were the
ones who organized and carried out the attacks on New York City and Washington
DC. No amount of deception, distortion or deliberate lies will change that
fact. He claims that Muslims have been given a bad rap since then. On the AMPAC
website, Alem writes
"In the past 12 years since 9/11 the United States government
as failed to protect and promote Constitutional liberties and human life, here
and abroad. We feel that accountability in government has been ignored
and the time has arrived to collectively speak truth to power.
Speaking
will be experts and individuals on the lack of transparency and questions
plaguing 9/11, steady erosion of domestic civil liberties, drone policy and the
very dire effect of these on of plight of American Muslims here at home, and
Muslim communities globally in the scope of U.S. imperialism, and the modern
face of resistance to unmanned aerial surveillance and warfare."
I challenge Alem to name the 'erosion of domestic civil
liberties.' If anything, the US government has crippled the freedom and rights
of non-Muslim Americans in order to appease the Islamic image, as well as
bowing to the far left goons of political correctness. Every day the news
offers new evidence of this, of schools that ban the mention of Christianity while
teaching the peace-loving religion of Islam, of American anti-terrorism
agencies who are not allowed to even show a photo of a known Jihadist because
his traditional Arab clothing and turban might send the wrong message about
Islam, of lawsuits from CAIR (Council on Anti-American Islamic Relations)
attorneys against the US government because Muslims trying to come into the US
from Canada are facing extra scrutiny by border agents, of labeling the
terrorist act in Fort Hood as 'workplace violence,' of being charged with hate
crimes for speaking against the Qur'an or their so-called prophet Mohammed, and
many more examples of not only American but global pandering to Islam.
ACT For America
founder Brigitte Gabriel had plenty to say about the organization planning the
Million Muslim March, as quoted from an article on the WorldNetDaily
website:
“It is
amazing how fast they changed the original language on their website claiming
victimhood, bigotry, and unfair treatment since Sept. 11th 2001,” Gabriel said.
“Once they were confronted and debated by people like me who pointed out to
them that in the last four years alone we have arrested on American soil 226
home grown terrorists. One-hundred eighty six of them were Muslims. Not Jews.
Not Hindus, not Buddhist. But Muslims.”
Gabriel
says the facts are that Muslim immigrants to the U. S. are responsible for a
disproportionally large number of domestic terrorism cases.
“Of
all immigrants who have ever immigrated to America since its birth, America
never encountered such hatred and terrorism coming out of one faith based group
in our country that accounts for less than 2 percent of the American population
and is now responsible for over 80 percent of attacks against America,” she
said.
“In
11 years since 911, the Islamic American community has not organized a one
million man march to condemn Islamic terrorism against America and call Hamas,
al-Qaida, Hezbollah, al-Shabaab, and other groups by their names – terrorists,”
Gabriel said.
“Instead
they are rallying to condemn America for what they call unfair policy here and
abroad. It is about time the Muslim American community comes out and condemns
every imam’s preaching in mosques throughout America who advocates overthrowing
our democracy and inciting hatred against infidels and America,” Gabriel said.
“They
should be coming out by the millions supporting America and its policy in
eradicating Islamic terrorism, supremacy and violence,” Gabriel said.
The AMPAC
protesters won't be alone, though, and they certainly won't be able to voice
their claptrap, because coincidently, there is going to be a Two Million Biker to DC
event happening at the same place and time. In the words of a supporter, Bryan
Short, "How appropriate. A million Muslims surrounded by two million
hogs!" The day should be interesting.
This is
what I think. By the time September 11 comes around, there is going to be a
tribute in Washington DC by bikers from all over the country to the 3 thousand
lives that were lost in 2001, but there won't be any Muslim protesters, because
they'll be scared crapless to show their faces. If they do show up with their
Death to America signs and their plans to burn the American flag and their Photoshopped
pictures of a Jihadist flag flying over the White House and their fist-raising,
babble-screaming, bug-eyed mob - if they do think they can get away with it,
they will be seriously mistaken. We the American people will not allow it to
happen, bottom line.
I will be
there, dear reader. I am not a biker, but I am a proud American, a US Army
veteran, a Christian and a freedom loving citizen of the world, and I will do
my best to chronicle the event as a writer, a historian and a documentarian.
Let the Islamists come. I'm willing to bet there will be much more than two
million bikers showing up to defend the sacred memory of all those who lost
their lives on September 11, 2001. If you're coming, I'll see you somewhere on
the National Mall around noon. I'll be the long-haired hippy with a camera and
notepad wearing a black Kangol newsboy cap with gold sergeant stripes on the
brim. Let freedom ring!
