Is Obama a traitor or a spy?

The constitution defines treason to be "giving aid and comfort to the enemy".  It is a rather broad definition as it should be for treason is a serious matter.

  In Obama's case, we know the muslim brotherhood is our enemy as they have called for the destruction of America and the replacement of the Constitution with sharia law.  (Seehttp://www.investigativeproject.org/document/id/20 )  No honest, sane person can possibly argue they are not our enemy.  So has Obama given them aid and comfort? Consider the following.

All of the following individuals have deep ties to the Muslim Brotherhood:

Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development.

Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council.

Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference.

And Eboo Patel, member of Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.

Knowing that the above individuals have ties to the mb, and knowing that they were invited into the Obama administration and DHS is but one of many examples where Obama has given aid and comfort to our enemies.  Another is giving financial aid to Egypt which, while the aid Obama arranged was ongoing, they were controlled by the mb.

Therefore, if Obama is a US citizen (of ANY class) he should be charged with treason.

The problem is we have no concrete, irrefutable evidence that he is an American citizen at all. I can hear the screams of the left stating that the birth certificate is proof he is an American. No, it is not. First the certificate he has offered has been proven to be a forgery by multiple experts in digital documentation.  Even if it were found to be valid, we know he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro which made him an Indonesian citizen.  Since no one has offered verifiable proof that he ever became a US citizen after returning to the US from Indonesia, we must conclude he is NOT a US citizen.  (Of course that fact makes him ineligible to be POTUS, but that is a discussion for another time). So since he invited known enemies of the US into his administration, including DHS, and given them access to our secrets, he should be charged as a spy.

Either way, Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, should either be charged with treason or espionage, and executed, according to the law he so clearly despises.
