IRS Regulations for Revenue Procedure 75.50 Federal Register vol. 43 #163 states in part: “Schools in the community: Generally the service will consider these schools to be racially discriminatory unless the schools can show that they now have a significant minority enrollment or that they are in good faith operated on a non discriminatory basis. If the schools can not make such showings the IRS will consider the schools discriminatory and tax exemption will be revoked or denied. In certain cases schools may be allowed a grace period to bring them in compliance with our guidelines.” -------------------------------------- These instructions provide a new source of confrontation.
New victims for the IRS! The IRS assertio that all private schools are presumed to have been established for racial purposes unless proved otherwise serves two purposes in their scheme for domination! 1) The assertion creates a confrontation. It gives the IRS an excuse to expand; a reason to escalate the conflict between the Agency and the American citizen. Those who believe they have a right to educate their children as they see fit constitute a full ripe for harvest for the bureaucrats.
The belief of the taxpayer that his rights are more fundamental than the authority of the government stands like an enemy before the Internal Revenue Service. 2) The assertion provides a kind of ethical justification for the IRS. It vindicates the IRS in its effort to impose its “morality or leveling of equality” on the public’s individual rights, attitudes, and customs which must be brought into line with the will of the bureaucracy. Thus, “equality” is always expressed numerically by officialdom.
The IRS measures what is right or wrong by the quantity of students by a particular sex, or race, or creed attending a school. The quality of the education is a criterion which is beyond the brute mentality of the bureaucrat. The moral person is defined by the IRS as a person who is willing to subjugate himself to the mind of the bureaucracy.
