Barack Obama Has Committed Treason

Treason is defined by, “The offense of betraying one’s own country by attempting to overthrow the government through waging war against the state or materially aiding it’s enemies”. Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution specifically states that, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort”.

When Barack Obama released five-high ranking Taliban officials for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, a deserter, Obama betrayed the highest obligation of his office - safeguarding national security. This is a fact that cannot be refuted.
The President admitted this on Tuesday when a reporter asked, “Is there the possibility of some of them [The Taliban Five] returning to activities that are detrimental against the U.S.” Obama responded, “Absolutely“. Today, not even a week after their release to Qatar, one of the five Taliban leaders released confirmed Obama’s statement.
Mullah Norullah Noori, one of the five senior Taliban commander’s released who is also wanted by the United Nations (UN) for war crimes including the murder of thousands of Shiite Muslims, was the one who confirmed Obama’s statement.
According to NBC, Noori pledged he would return to fight Americans in Afghanistan after learning that the U.S. had provided written assurances that no country would arrest any of the five following the one year travel ban in Qatar.
Regardless of the fact that Obama broke the law in failing to notify congress of this negotiation, the President, beyond any reasonable doubt, committed treason in the highest form.
Judge Andrew Napolitano addresses this by stating, ” The higher law that he [Obama] broke is the law that prohibits providing material assistance to terrorist organizations. What Napolitano is arguing is arguing is simply this:

In defining Obama’s action that not only pushed aside intelligence officials reports but as well as neglecting to inform congress, Barack Obama is the sole responsible party whom broke the law by providing material assistance in the form of the terrorists themselves.

In essence this is treason in regards to materially aiding our enemies by providing our enemies their materials in the form of five high-ranking Taliban officials. The repercussions for such illegal actions on behalf of the President cannot be refuted and they cannot be undone.

Napolitano further states, “The likelihood that the five terrorists will rejoin the campaign against the United States constitutes material support. The Taliban is a terrorist organization and is not an organization you retire from.

Terrorists are animals and to believe the commanders that Obama released would abandon their jihad against the U.S. is asinine as Noori has already stated his intent to do just that.

Barack Obama has no standing to refute the argument that he has committed treason. He can appeal to emotion all he wants but emotions hold no weight when you betray the country and the military you are supposed to lead.

You and only you Mr. President deserve the stamp of a traitor. You have put our very existence in jeopardy. You are responsible for inspiring the Taliban, an enemy that has no morality and when, not if, they attack again, you will be the one responsible for the hell that will be unleashed on us.
