Former Roanoke. Rapids, North Carolina Psychologist William Lee Fuchs was sentenced on August 7,1995 to more than 21 years in prison for 49 charges of sex crimes with children. Fuchs pleaded guilty to 31 counts of crime against nature and 17 charges of indecent liberties with a child.
He was ordered to give up his license and permanently barred from practicing psychology in the State. Ridgewood, New Jersey Psychology Carl Lichtman pleaded guilty to defrauding 36 insurance carriers of $3.5 million for therapy lessons that never took place and for giving 25% of the insurance payments as kick back to his patients. On May 28,1996 he was ordered to pay it back and later was fined $30,000 for seeing patients after he lost his license.
State Prison Psychologist Michael Lamb will not forget September 13,1995 where the federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) raided his home as part of a nation wide investigation into computer networking of child pornography. The FBI found 128 video tapes in search of Lamb’s home. Lamb was suspended. A Florida Psychiatrist Dr. Lewis T. Barista was convicted of manslaughter in 1975 and sentenced to 15 years in prison for killing a patient he had been sexually involved with.
In 1990 when he mounted his first effort to get his license back the board of Medicine unanimously rejected his request, stating: “We don’t have to license killers!” (PLS but that comes to mind that is exactly what they did when they licensed Planned Parenthood for abortion! my comment added) On November 12,1993 German trained psychiatrist Frederick pleaded guilty to soliciting a former patient to kill a nurse, Terracita Clemons, who had worked for Aptowitz.
Clemons was one of three people who were suing Aptowitz for sexual harassment. The list goes on and on. Even in the directors of Christian Psychology Association Studies. The director changed his plea from innocent to guilty for abusing six young boys not knowing he was doing wrong. with Psychiatrists and Psychologist being criminally charged disproportionately more than any other section of the Health Industry they represent a very damaging and destructive association for religion.
