The Lady liberty
I wonder what she thought As she stood there, strong and tall.
She couldn't turn away, She was forced to watch it all.
Did she long to offer comfort As her country bled?
With her arm forever frozen High above her head.
She could not shield her eyes She could not hide her face
She just stared across the water Keeping Freedom's place.
The smell of smoke and terror Somehow reduced her size
So small within the harbor But still we recognized...
How dignified and beautiful On a day so many died
I wonder what she thought, And I know she must have cried.

The U.S. special counsel, led by Robert Mueller, is now investigating possible ties between President Trump’s campaign and Russia in last year’s election involving former business transactions and associates.
On Wednesday night, Trump issued a stern warning to Mueller in a New York Times interview that any digging into matters beyond Russia is off limits. It seems Trump’s statements may have propelled Mueller and his team to dig further into the Trump Organization before the election campaigning began.
Here are some of the following business involvements Mueller and his team will now be looking into:
Russian purchases of apartments in Trump buildings.
Trump’s involvement in a controversial SoHo development with Russian associates.
The 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow.
Trump’s sale of a Florida mansion to a Russian oligarch in 2008.
Trump’s business dealings with the Bank of Cyprus, which involves son-in-law and current senior adviser Jared Kushner.
Joshua Stueve, Mueller’s spokesman, declined to comment about the expanding probe to the press. A lawyer for Kushner and spokesman for former campaign manager Paul Manafort, Abbe Lowell, also declined to comment. Trump’s criticizing comments on Mueller in the interview were not singularly exclusive. The president also criticized the DOJ and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, despite the seasoned justice leader’s longtime support and alliance to Trump since the beginning of the campaign.
