Voters and politicians from both parties mourned the loss of President Reagan..(1911-2004) calling the actor turned politician inspirational, good humored, and the force that galvanized the Republican Party. Reagan’s politics touched the nation. Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Junior’s administration said this:
“His words of inspiration brought forth the innate patriot in all Americans and reminded us that freedom has its price.” many were fixed to their television watching continuance coverage of Reagan’s life while a steady rain fell outside. The former president who had received a diagnosis of alzheimer's disease in 1994 died in his home in California surrounded by his children. Everyone had been expecting it but it was like the passing of a giant.
Many said that Ronald Reagan single handedly changed the political landscape of the nation. He inspired those activists that really became the heart and soul of the Republican Party. The whole world united to praise Ronald Reagan. Reactions from around the globe was emotional and swift. Foreign leaders and all Americans, especially those who worked with the former president salute him.
