Obama has been well educated in the verse of the Quran and Muslim culture since he studied it while living in Indonesia. Could Obama have been assisting Hijrah within the United States?

Hijrah is massive migrations that literally become an invasion. What is currently happening in parts of Europe, is described within the Quran as Hijrah; jihad by emigration.  What Hijrah means for a Muslim, a holy and revered action, is to vacate their homeland, bringing the culture of Islam to a new land.  If a Muslim should die in the process of emigration, his endeavor will be amply rewarded by Allah...

"And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many locations and abundance, and whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him, his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah." Surah 4:100.

Muhammad and his followers emigrated from Mecca to Yathrib/Medina in 622 CE where he became a military leader.  This is where all the commands to commit violence against unbelievers originated. The Islamic calendar marks this event as the beginning of Islam.

Hijrah was proclaimed last January. A supporter (or member) of ISIS uploaded a document in Arabic that urged Muslims to get to Libya because of its proximity to southern Europe.  It provided an important tactical ability for the infiltration of illegal immigration into western civilization of European cities. Libya's coastline made south-western European countries easily accessible by boat.

Transcripts of telephone intercepts published in Italy documented that ISIS was threatening to send 500,000 migrants as a "psychological weapon" against Europe. Upon review of those transcripts, Angelino Alfano, Italian Minister for the Interior, stated, "If the militias of the Caliphate advance faster than the decisions of the international community, how can we put out the fire in Libya and stem the migration flows?"

 Once Islamic emigration had been completed, the law of the new land was turned to benefit the phrase, "Islamophobia," and for immigrants to avoid prosecution.

Was this Obama's plan, a Hijrah as noted within the Quran? To overwhelm our nation with Muslim refugees, a majority of whom were documented as not being Christian Muslims? Were massive amounts of refugees put into certain areas to create communities that would allow local governments to override the constitution by implementing Sharia Law?

It certainly does make you wonder…
