Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for election to the office of President or Vice President and any office (Speaker of the House) in line to ascend to the office of President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.
US Constitution, The Executive Branch, Article II, Section 1, subparagraph (5): No person, except a Natural Born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained the age thirty five years, and been fourteen years a Resident within the United States.
This means that, in modern times, you cannot legally or legitimately serve as President of the United States, unless you are:
- at least 35 years of age
- a resident of the United States for at least 14 years
- a natural born citizen
Regarding the third requirement ("natural born citizen"), the Constitution makes a special exception for persons who became U.S. citizens before September 17, 1787, the date on which the U.S. Constitution was adopted. Such persons may serve as president, even if they are not natural born citizens . Today, no one qualifies for this special exception. No one alive today was a citizen when the Constitution was adopted. In modern times, if you wish to be president, it is not enough to be a U.S. citizen -- you must be a "natural born citizen."

1. Both parents must have been living in the United States for 14 continues years prior to the child birth.
2. Both parents must be United States citizens.
3. Child must be born on native soil (United States).

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. The convenience of the 1965 passport records being destroyed is curious. For one might make the claim that there is a coverup (albeit circumstantial) regarding Obama’s presence in his younger days. How does that fit the narrative to explain the information coming out of Kenya that Obama was born there? Why did she need a passport at age 18? She would not need it to have a baby in Hawaii or to go to college in Seattle Washington. What was the real reason this pregnant teenager got a passport in late 1960 or early in 1961? I believe it was likely to be able to travel to Kenya to have the baby over there where it was her intent to leave the baby there to be raised by the paternal family in Kenya. She was to then return to re-start her life as a young teenager going to college in Seattle Washington. And then when Stanley Ann did not follow the plan because maternal instincts kicked in and she returned to college in Seattle WITH the new baby, grandma Dunham had to take action and filed the fraudulent action in Hawaii to falsely register the baby as born at home there in Hawaii, with no witnesses, to get her newborn grandson U.S. Citizenship … because it was very easy to do this in Hawaii in 1961. Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution states: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;” So the issue with Obama is not “where” he was born, but whether or not he is an Article 2 natural born Citizen, as is required by the US Constitution. Instinctively, for any investigative reporter the first step would be to confirm the definition of the term “natural born Citizen”, that the Founder’s used when incorporating the term into the presidential qualifications clause (which I have meticulously done below). Many of us have done the research, now millions of Americans are learning the truth. More and more people are waking up, because they have finally taken the time to LOOK at the evidence. The earliest mention of “Natural Born Citizen”, by two of the most instrumental Founders, is in the Constitutional Drafts. The original draft contained different qualifications for the President (shown below) than the final copy that we know today. This change came about after correspondence between General George Washington and John Jay (President of the Continental Congress, who later became the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court), in which they were worried about foreign influence being admitted into the administration and national government. Obama's Criminal Fraud And Lack Of Constitutional Eligibility.By: Anna Tomerlin - I keep running into people that say, Obama's criminal fraud and lack of Constitutional eligibility doesn't matter now. It is to late. But I say, it does matter. Obama committed criminal fraud with the help of others, Michelle Obama, Eric Holder, Valerie Jarrett, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Justice John Roberts, John Boehner, Lorette Fuddy, The Courts, Media People like Billy O'Reilly, Chris Mathews, etc. and many many others, to gain the Office of President of the United States by means of FRAUD.
Obama's first act was to use the power of the Presidency and seal all his records to cover up his criminal fraud against the people of the United States. Recently the US Supreme Court has ruled that all Obama appointments that were unconstitutional (Recess Appointments) are null and void. Those people that were appointed are now removed and all there rulings vacated. That ruling by the US Supreme Court will apply to this issue of Obama's lack of Constitutional eligibility to hold office and the criminal fraud perpetrated against the people and the Republic.
Obama has appointed 2 Supreme Court Judges and over 1800 federal judges (all communist, liberals, progressives) and many many other high level government positions. Obama has fired the nations most experienced military personnel. Obama has filled our Top National Security Positions with Muslim Brotherhood Terrorists.
2014 DC High Court of Appeals ruling ORDERED: Obama must explain why he is using Social Security Numbers NOT issued to him and the Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore dissenting opinion: There is no creditable evidence that Obama is a US citizen and the matter should be referred to Congress for action. Obama is a foreign invader spy and should be arrested and all those who helped him should be too.

Any omission or concealment that is injurious to another or that allows a person to take unconscionable advantage of another may constitute criminal fraud. The most common type of fraud is the obtaining of property by giving a check for which there are insufficient funds in the signer's account. Another is the assumption of someone else's or a fictitious identity with the intent to deceive. Also important are mail and wire fraud (fraud committed by use of the postal service or electronic devices, such as telephones or computers). A tort action based on fraud is sometimes referred to as an action of deceit.

Egyptian Magazine: Muslim Brotherhood Infiltrates Obama Administration by John Rossomando • Jan 3, 2013 at 1:10 pm An Egyptian magazine claims that six American Islamist activists who work with the Obama administration are Muslim Brotherhood operatives who enjoy strong influence over U.S. policy. The Dec. 22 story published in Egypt's Rose El-Youssef magazine (read an IPT translation here) suggests the six turned the White House "from a position hostile to Islamic groups and organizations in the world to the largest and most important supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood." The story is largely unsourced, but its publication is considered significant in raising the issue to Egyptian readers. The six named people include: Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development; Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC); Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA); and Eboo Patel, a member of President Obama's Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships. Alikhan is a founder of the World Islamic Organization, which the magazine identifies as a Brotherhood "subsidiary." It suggests that Alikhan was responsible for the "file of Islamic states" in the White House and that he provides the direct link between the Obama administration and the Arab Spring revolutions of 2011. Elibiary, who has endorsed the ideas of radical Muslim Brotherhood luminary Sayyid Qutb, may have leaked secret materials contained in Department of Homeland Security databases, according to the magazine. He, however, denies having any connection with the Brotherhood. Elibiary also played a role in defining the Obama administration's counterterrorism strategy, and the magazine asserts that Elibiary wrote the speech Obama gave when he told former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to leave power but offers no source or evidence for the claim. According to Rose El-Youssef, Rashad Hussain maintained close ties with people and groups that it says comprise the Muslim Brotherhood network in America. This includes his participation in the June 2002 annual conference of the American Muslim Council, formerly headed by convicted terrorist financier Abdurahman Alamoudi. He also participated in the organizing committee of the Critical Islamic Reflection along with important figures of the American Muslim Brotherhood such as Jamal Barzinji, Hisham al-Talib and Yaqub Mirza. Regarding al-Marayati, who has been among the most influential Muslim American leaders in recent years, the magazine draws connections between MPAC in the international Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure. Magid heads ISNA, which was founded by Brotherhood members, was appointed by Obama in 2011 as an adviser to the Department of Homeland Security. The magazine says that has also given speeches and conferences on American Middle East policy at the State Department and offered advice to the FBI. Rose El-Youssef says Patel maintains a close relationship with Hani Ramadan, the grandson of Brotherhood founder Hasan al-Banna, and is a member of the Muslim Students Association, which it identifies as "a large Brotherhood organization."

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport. If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967. California General Assembly & Transcript from Occidential College indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
