There are exceptions to these general protections, including the Miller test for obscenity, child pornography laws, speech that incites imminent lawless action, and regulation of commercial speech such as advertising. Within these limited areas, other limitations on free speech balance rights to free speech and other rights, such as rights for authors over their works (copyright), protection from imminent or potential violence against particular persons, and restrictions on the use of untruths to harm others (slander). I figured what happened this morning would happen, and part of the reason I befriended so many good Americans who believe in the future of America under the continuation of our Founding Father's vision and our Constitution. For the last week or so I've been forced to stay within the parameters of Facebook's volume posting, and this morning, with 2 days to go I've been banned from posting or sharing for 2 weeks, again, and for the same reason I started this blog! back in March....Hmmm, coincidental, or just part of the master plan that Hillary's thinking before even elected? Hillary says there is room for regulation when it comes to our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, do you? PLEASE SHARE WHERE EVER YOU CAN TO 'HELP MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!.......AMERICA THANKS YOU!
