James Carville, longtime aide to both Bill and Hillary Clinton, admitted on Tuesday that the Clinton's’ decision to accept foreign donations via the Clinton Foundation was an unwise political move, though he stopped short of labeling it a bad or unethical call.

“If you ask me as a human being, I’m not sure,” Carville then added, after which he claimed that the billions of dollars received by the Clinton Foundation have been used to save lives.
Perhaps, though according to The Daily Wire, the foundation’s 2013 tax returns revealed that only about 6.4 percent of the $140 million it raised that year went toward “direct aid.” The rest was spent on overhead costs, which included expenses for first-class flights taken by the Clintons.
Instead of saving lives, it sounds more like the Clinton Foundation has been saving Bill and Hillary Clinton’s travel expenses. Co-host Joe Scarborough apparently thought the the same way.
“That’s BS,” he said in response to Carville’s defense of the Clinton Foundation, going on to note that if the foundation were such a great charity, it would not require the direct involvement of both Bill and Hillary.

Regardless, though Carville tried to defend the foundation, at least he admitted the recklessness of the Clinton's’ decision to enact a quid-pro-quo arrangement with nations like Saudi Arabia.
Maybe with enough time, he could perhaps even acknowledge that his longtime bosses were and still are little more than a bunch of mob-like career criminals.
