My premise is that the PDF is not a legal birth certificate. It's a digital image. The Hawaii Dept of Health doesn't issue electronic files. They issue certified paper documents and they have confirmed multiple times that the Presidents bc is authentic. Arrogantlyignorant (actual name used)
True, Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate on Whitehouse.gov is not a legal document. It is supposed to be a scanned copy of his LFBC for the entire world to see. The only proof this country has seen is this pdf file, and not an actual LFBC. That makes the integrity of this pdf file very important. If this file is suspect, then so is the actual birth certificate and Barack Obama’s eligibility.
Even if Hawaii has sworn a thousand times they released an authentic birth certificate, it means nothing. The reason why, is the only thing shown the American public, is this pdf which you say is not even a legal document, has caused this nation to accept the eligibility of the President of the United States. Barack Obama is using it as proof of authenticity for his office and this copy has potentially been altered from what Hawaii gave him.
Why would the scanned copy of the LFBC need to be altered? What is the reasons why we should think it was altered? How should it look when it is actually scanned? There are many reasons to consider Obama’s birth certificate to be suspect. This is a presentation done for LEO’s at a Sheriff’s conference. If a law enforcement official thought this was important enough for other law enforcement officials, then I think that is a cause for more concern.
