There will never be peace between Israel and its Islamic neighbors anymore than there can be peace between Islam and any other non-Islamic culture. Period. Islamists are driven by hatred of non-Muslims and have sought to dominate and/or obliterate any national or cultural identity of their conquests.

You will note the string of adjectives and may have some objection to my using them. They are used because they are the absolute truth. Anyone denying them is a victim of PC thinking, ignorant of history, or lying to protect Islam. Let us take each word separately before we proceed further in our true history of the relationship between the Christian west and the Islamic east.
Although the law differed in different places, the following are examples of colonialist laws to which colonized Christians and Jews were made subject to over the years:
- Christians and Jews could not bear arms -- Muslims could;
- Christians and Jews could not ride horses -- Muslims could;
- Christians and Jews had to get permission to build -- Muslims did not;
- Christians and Jews had to pay certain taxes which Muslims did not;
- Christians could not proselytize -- Muslims could;
- Christians and Jews had to bow to their Muslim masters when they paid their taxes; and
- Christians and Jews had to live under the law set forth in the Koran, not under either their own religious or secular law." source

A few pass by with no reaction. A handful stop behind the loon and watch impassively. Nobody is pointing at him like the mad man he is. You wonder whether they are just ignoring him or passively accepting of what he is saying. Then, in the final moments of the video, the camera spans in front of him where several dozen people are sitting and listening. At the end they affirm his closing chants.
Now you know what the Israelis are up against. The fact is that there will never be any lasting peace between Israel and Arabs. This is not about who owned what piece of land prior to 1948. This is about religion. The Islamic world will never accept a Jewish state in their midst. Only Israel's military strength will keep them at bay.
