When
you choose Christ to be your Lord and King,
Then
you become a precious child of God,
Inheriting
all that His Love does bring,
A
child will imitate his Father's ways,
And
O! the ways of God are wonderful!
Like
Jesus, love all men without delays,
Compassionate,
forgiving, bountiful.
You
walk in faith across this foreign land,
Aware
that God is here to help you through.
Your
Father's wish is always your command,
So
follow in the Saviour's steps so true.
You are a child of God, and held so
dear
By God your Father; Christ will draw
you near.
