Today Might Be the Day

Today might be the day that Christ returns,

And sister, what a joy that day will be!

But some who call him Lord will have concerns

And with those lost in sin begin to flee.

If we are confident in Christ the King,

And humbly move before the throne of grace,

Then when at last the throne of judgment bring,

We will not hide our eyes or turn our face.

Don't be ashamed of Jesus while you live,

And He won't be ashamed of you as well.

Be faithful unto death with love to give

And you'll have no regrets nor fear of Hell.

            With boldness share the gospel with no shame

            And when Christ comes again He'll know your name.
