Supreme ruled for Hobby Lobby and against the ObamaCare abortion-pill mandate

On Monday, the Supreme ruled for Hobby Lobby and against the ObamaCare abortion-pill mandate. This was a stunning victory – a victory that left the Obama Administration reeling and reaffirmed our nation’s fundamental, founding commitment to our First Freedom, religious freedom.

At the ACLJ, we attacked the abortion-pill mandate on all fronts, with a key amicus brief before the Supreme Court, seven successful lawsuits, two Supreme Court cases, and more than a dozen amicus briefs filed nationwide.
And liberty won.
