Ryan Zinke |
Let us face facts. Under this administration, America is seen as a joke at best or as weak and unreliable at worst.
Our allies no longer respect us, and our enemies no longer fear us. Of course, many already know this.
The question is "Just what exactly is the agenda of this White House"? There seems to be no pretty answer.
In the following article, Zinke makes pure sense.
BOOM: Navy SEAL Drops Bombshell About What Obama’s Doing for Islamic Terrorists
Tuesday, January 13th, 2015
Montana Representative Ryan Zinke was just elected to Congress back in November. Zinke is a former Navy Commander and has become the first Navy SEAL elected to Congress.
Despite being a newly elected freshman, Zinke is neither shy nor pulling punches when he forcefully condemns President Obama’s foreign policy related to radical Islamic terrorism, a foreign policy that Zinke blames for the recent attack in Paris.
“When America doesn’t lead–and this administration is not leading–then it fuels and it gives hope to Islamic fundamentalists,” Zinke said, adding, “Yes, it is appropriate to say Islamic fundamentalist, Islamic radicals because that’s what they are.”
Zinke said that denying the links between terrorism and radical Islam also adds fuel to the jihadist movement.
Saying that Obama has been leading from behind, Zinke is calling for the U.S. to stand up in support of France, who is our first and oldest ally. (H/T Breitbart)
“We need to assist our oldest ally. We share a long and important relationship with France and my heart goes out to the French people over their loss,” said Zinke. “Together the West and our allies in NATO need to help the French because France is not capable of addressing this alone.”
“We’re in full retreat everywhere across the globe. Our allies no longer trust us. Our enemies no longer fear us, and when America doesn’t show leadership then the consequences I think are clear and of course it emboldens our enemies,” he added.
The former Navy SEAL also called out the administration fornegotiating with terrorists, pointing specifically to the trade of five high-ranking Taliban members from Guantanamo Bay prison in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, a suspected deserter who was captured and held by an ally of the Taliban.
“The strategy of this administration is that, somehow, they can negotiate with an enemy that is based on an ideology that decapitates children and crucifies villages. The core of their ideology is to destroy the West and America,” noted Zinke. “You cannot negotiate with such terrorists because they are not reformable and, when you show weakness to them, that presents opportunity.”
Zinke was also highly critical of the U.S.-led air campaignagainst the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, saying that amount of force is not enough to effectively combat and destroy the ever-expanding terrorist state.
“We need to recognize that we cannot conduct an air war alone. ISIS will continue to expand and influence under the misguided policy of this administration,” said Zinke. “We have to put Islamic radicals and terrorist organizations on the run and you don’t do that by air operations alone.
“You don’t do it without securing our southern border and you don’t do it by putting us in the position where we’re not leading from the front, because, unless America leads from the front, no one else can,” he added.
“Actions speak louder than words, and the time for rhetoric has passed,” he said.
Finally, Zinke pointed out that Obama’s failed policies have endangered the American homeland. He expects that the U.S. will soon see similar attacks as what just occurred in France.
“The U.S. Congress should demand to know what’s this administration’s plan,” exclaimed Zinke. “How are you going to secure our southern border? What is your plan for defeating ISIS? Because clearly air operations alone are ineffective. What’s your timeline? What’s your plan? The American people are tough, but they deserve to know the truth.”
Ryan Zinke is absolutely right, and we also demand answers to the same questions.
Obama’s policies have simply failed, and America is in more danger now from radical Islamic terrorists than at any time before.
