The Southern Poverty Law Center’s (SPLC) defamatory attack on Liberty Counsel is dangerous because the false “hate group” label puts people at risk of becoming casualties of violence and is one step closer to criminalizing christianity and Judeo Christian values. As you know, the SPLC labeled Liberty Counsel and many other main stream pro-life, pro-liberty organizations as hate groups. Their false, defamatory, and dangerous rhetoric is spreading. GuideStar, the leading depository of web based information on non profit organizations, has partnered with the SPLC and endorsed its “hate group” label issuing a warning labeling Liberty Counsel.
This organization was flagged as a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center. By labeling Liberty Counsel and Matt Staver (founder) and me personally and all members of Liberty Counsel as a “hate group” the SPLC aims to destroy us and eventually any christian ministry or any individual who stands for Biblical christian values that do not support their radical LGBT agenda. Mark Potoch of the SPLC openly said the SPLC’s goal is to destroy, completely destroy these groups. We simply can not allow anti-faith and anti-family bullies to demean, discredit, harm, and ultimately silence christians and people who share our values on human sexuality.
That is why Liberty Counsel has now filed a federal law suit against GuideStar. This is not a game. We need your help to stand against these attacks and reveal as SPLC as the true source of hate mongering. PL Sturgis: I have been a member of this group for years. I type in lawsuits and laws the media never mentions. Remember what’s her name Nancy saying we need to pass this bill to see what’s in it? This is how these demonic laws get passed. It is a war on words even...turning right to wrong and wrong to right. Like the Bible says, “They will call evil good and good evil.” That day has arrived. We can not stay in Lala land and ignore this till they come after us. That is also evil and you think it is good but silence is permission. I bet you did not know the Bundy case still goes on and Kim Davis case still goes on.
