Very few are a remnant who cares but the ironic thing about the 15th amendment is that it happened before the 16th amendment which took away state rights.
Read that statement that says congress has the right to make any tax. We the people are not stupid.
All we needed were the 13 Articles of Confederation and the 7 Articles of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It was finished and should have been obeyed. Any other amendment was already included or else against the Constitution written by the laws of nature.
Abortion is life created by the Creator slaughtered. Homosexuality is not by the laws of nature and nature's God. Transgenderism is one arrogant step farther than homosexuality. Changing words and planting unconstitutional laws does not make wrong right. It makes double wrong!!!!!!!!
Here is what I answered my rep this morning when he said 15th amendment's anniversary is today.
16th Amendment February 3,1913
"The congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
Amendment 10: The powers not delegated to the United States, nor prohibited by the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Amendment 9: "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Can you not see how the 16th amendment takes away state rights and cancels out the 10th amendment by construing the rights of the states or the people?
