This memorial day, all Americans should be applauded at the American Legion that is now dedicated to the destruction of the United States Constitution and the fundamental American principals which built our great nation.

“The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization. focusing on service to veterans, servicemembers and communities, the Legion evolved from a group of war-weary veterans of World War I into one of the most influential nonprofit groups in the United States. Membership swiftly grew to over 1 million, and local posts sprang up across the country. Today, membership stands at over 2.4 million in 14,000 posts worldwide. The posts are organized into 55 departments: one each for the 50 states, along with the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, France, Mexico and the Philippines”.

Over the years our American legion Leaders has forgotten why the American Legion was chartered and its focus as stated in the CONSTITUTION of THE AMERICAN LEGION DEPARTMENT OF NEW YORK,

PREAMBLE
“For God and Country, we associate ourselves together for the following purposes: To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America; to maintain law and order, to foster and perpetuate a one hundred per cent Americanism; to preserve the memories and incidents of our associations in the Great Wars; to inculcate a sense of individual obligation to the community, state and nation; to combat the autocracy of both the classes and the masses; to make right the master of might; to promote peace and good will on earth; to safeguard and transmit to posterity the principles of justice, freedom and democracy; to consecrate and sanctify our comradeship by our devotion to mutual helpfulness”.

Today the American legion has changed from serving veterans, servicemembers and communities to condoning and protecting the criminal elements within our American Legions. The American Legion is now dedicated to the destruction of the United States Constitution and the fundamental American principles which built our great nation.

“I hereby rule that the provisions of the United States and New York Constitutions and of the Constitutions and Bylaws of The American Legion and any subordinate body are irrelevant and you are expressly directed not to raise them”. - Charles G. Mills Judge Advocate The American Legion Department of New York.
Congress has said, “the Legion evolved from a group of war-weary veterans”. All war veterans have willingly and unselfishly went into harm’s way, this should have earned them the respect and honor of their countrymen, Instead these elderly brave men have be subjected to physical assault, threats to their life, corruption and injustice in their AMERICAN LEGIONS. No US Citizen should be subjected to any of this. That is the purpose of DEFENDING AMERICA and its CONSTITUTION.
The rules of the American Legion are so old and vague that the criminal element within our Legions has used them to takeover and make our American Legions their own private bars and inexhaustible bank accounts. Most of these criminal elements are not combat veterans and sadly this is not an exception, it is the norm. Proven by the AMERICAN LEGION’S willingness to protect the criminal elements within our American Legions and condoning their illegal activities.

“the language of the National Constitution and By-Laws and the invariable rulings of the National Judge Advocate make it completely clear that the conduct of Lisa Benson is none of the Department's business”. - Charles G. Mills Judge Advocate The American Legion Department of New York.

“I hereby order you not to claim to be commander at the DEC meeting and not to bring up the question of Lisa Benson's conduct before the DEC. It can create a serious legal problem for the Department if it second guesses Lisa Benson and I am quite serious about enforcing my order that you not bring that subject up. ”. - Charles G. Mills Judge Advocate The American Legion Department of New York.
I cannot over-rule the county judge advocate just because I disagree with him. - Charles G. Mills Judge Advocate The American Legion Department of New York.
