The Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals strikes again. They came to a decision that we all expected. Judicial activism is what they do. Our DON'S Temporary Travel Ban has been rejected. We are now vulnerable to attack but this Court couldn't care less. Methinks that TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME is clearly at play here. I think that this is clearly evident. This Appellate Court must think he is not a legitimate President. This is all very wacky but this is the environment that we are in. If you try and make sense of it all where the hell would you begin??
Our DON'S reaction was very restrained. He rightly stated that the courts are becoming more politicized. Today we got another clear affirmation how much President Trump is so utterly despised. Now the million dollar question is what will he do. There are a few options that will be clearly under review. The chances are if it goes to the Supreme Court it will be a 4 to 4 split. If that be the case the DON'S Executive Order will be struck down and our country will be in deep shit.
Trump's political enemies are use the activism of our Courts to a great advantage. This is the way they get to derail his Presidency. So many forces are working against our President. It is becoming a full blown tragedy. While the Democrats stick it to our DON ISIS must be in a state of glee for they see an opportunity to plan an attack. We are disgusted the way our President has been treated. He is committed to see that we are safe and secure but the Left hampers him. His hands are being tied behind his back!
Apparently they have not learned their lesson from this election loss. In Congress they apparently are determined to stay in the minority. Need proof?? Their caucus leadership is still in the hands of that brainless twit, Nancy Pelosi. George Soros will still pull the strings more than ever. It is his bidding they will continue to do as they will further move Left and off a cliff they will surely go. It's a death wish they have and their radicalism will soon bury them. Mark my words. This will be so.
