Pimps/trafficking exhibit the following behaviors of characteristics. They are jealous, controlling and violent; older than their female companions; promise things too good to be true; encourages victims to engage in illegal activities to achieve their goals and dreams. They buy expensive gifts or own expensive items.
They are vague about their profession and pushy and demanding about sex. They encourage inappropriate sexual behavior and make their victims responsible for their own financial ability. Warning signs of the victims are signs of physical abuse; unexplained absence from class; less appropriate dress; over tired in class; brags about making money; new friends with different life style; older boyfriends; wild parties and signs of gang affiliation:
