Major Lawsuit Just Filed Against Hillary and DNC, Dems PANIC

Could it be possible Hillary Clinton is finally going to go down for one of her crimes? Project Veritas and Wikileaks are working around the clock to expose her, and they just might have Slick Willie’s wife backed into a corner now.
After the release of James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas videos, showing Democrat operatives bragging about rigging the election and causing violence at Trump rallies, a watchdog group has filed a formal complaint against Hillary Clinton’s campaign and against the DNC, claiming they violated federal election law. James O’Keefe himself has also filed a lawsuit.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is a law firm based in Indiana that normally litigates ballot-box integrity issues. This firm is the watchdog group that has officially filed the complaint.

In the complaint, PILF argues the Democrat operatives caught on the Project Veritas videos engaged in “public communication, campaign activity, targeted voter registration drives, and other targeted [get out the vote] activity…at the request, direction, and approval of” the Hillary Clinton campaign. If America has the misfortune of seeing her take office, one thing can be certain: there will many jobs… for those on her legal team.

The law requires the FEC, upon receiving a complaint, to act accordingly. “If the Commission…has reason to believe that a person has committed or is about to commit a violation of [the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 as amended by later statutes],” the FEC “shall make an investigation of such alleged violation.”

Pay close attention to the word “shall” here. This means the FEC must investigate any complaint it receives, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Besides, this complaint is highly plausible considering all of the video evidence behind it. Another federal law requires a thorough investigation based on that fact alone.

In the past, PILF has administered nationwide litigation based on many cases of voter fraud. One example of this fraud comes from Virginia. A study showed hundreds of foreigners and illegal aliens were registered to vote there—in only eight counties!

“American voter rolls are corrupted with unacceptable numbers of aliens who are illegally registered to vote,” said PILF President J. Christian Adams in a statement. “Groups should not be coordinating with campaigns and political parties to exploit vulnerabilities in our election system.”

“We hope this matter is fully investigated by the FEC and that if aliens are voting, they are prosecuted by the Justice Department,” he concluded. “That would mark a change in DOJ policies of the past seven years.”
However, despite the fact illegal aliens are voting and Democrat staffers are inciting violence at Trump rallies, there is one sad truth we have to acknowledge: nothing is fast or easy about legal processes. The FEC likely will not have completed its investigation before November 8th.
You can be rest assured of one thing, however. If Hillary Clinton somehow wins this election, there is a whole host of individuals who will continue to work tirelessly to hold this woman accountable. They know, as we do, Hillary has no integrity whatsoever and would be the first U.S. president to have done enough to be impeached even before she takes office.
