1 Question About Bill Clinton That Leaves Guest Utterly Speechless :

President Bill Clinton’s record of abusing women

A self-proclaimed feminist was flustered and flailing for words when put on the spot about former President Bill Clinton’s record of abusing women.
Jesse Watters, who was the guest host on Fox’s The O’Reilly Factor, asked Fox News contributor Leslie Marshall whether Clinton has “abused” women. A halting silence followed.

“I think your silence says a lot,” Watters said.

“No,” responded Marshall. “I wanted to be very clear because I wanted to think about Monica – although consensual, she was young. I wouldn’t say abuse – taken advantage of? Yes. Abused? No.”

Watters then summarized Bill Clinton’s record.

“Two women have accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. Another woman sued Clinton for defamation because he allegedly smeared her after an affair, and, you know as you said, he did prey on a young intern while at work. And he did use state troopers while in office to arrange the relationships. And then we know that he used his political attack machine to go after whistleblowers of the women who accused him of doing the wrong thing,” Watters said.

“It looks like there is a track record of being very aggressive with women and then using political power to then cover it up and smear. Am I wrong?” Watters asked.

Marshall tried to deflect.

“I missed the part where Bill Clinton’s running again. He’s already served two terms. His wife is running,” she replied.

Folks just were not buying it.

“Arguing Bill Clinton is ‘not running for office’ doesn’t cut it, liberals,” argued Alicia Powe on Young Conservatives. “The Clintons have always been a buy-one-get-one couple and you can’t arbitrarily jettison Bill now because it is inconvenient. They are joined at the hip.”

Powe wrote that Bill Clinton’s record cannot be discussed without implicating Hillary Clinton’s conduct.

“Hillary has culpability here,” Powe wrote. “She was an enabler for Bill and acted about as dishonorably as one woman can act in this situation. Bringing up Bill’s misbehavior also brings up Hillary’s role in covering for his abuses and in slandering and humiliating his accusers. She didn’t just look the other way, she worked to destroy those who came forward about Bill’s sexual bullying.”

Hillary has a lot of chutzpah calling herself a ‘champion for women.’”
