The Pope comes to America. The Far Left is in ecstasy
With its political agenda His Holiness has an affinity
His distaste for Capitalism he has made abundantly clear
Is it for the tenets of Socialism that he holds so very dear?
Our 'Devil' basks in the glow that Pope Francis does bring
The political edge of His Holiness is frankly not a good thing
Climate change he cares very much about. That is for sure
Forgive me, Father, but climate change is bunk, just manure
The 'Devil' and his Liberal minions will use the Pope as a tool
The head of the Catholic Church is comfortable playing the fool
For it is the Leftist's total agenda that he accepts so willingly
Conservative Catholics cringe. They wonder how this could be
It's economic justice that Francis stresses and is obsessed about
The 'Devil' smiles from big ear to big ear. The Pope has such clout
It is true that prior Popes had left wing leanings but to a lesser degree
But His Holiness has a much more left slant that so troubles many
