Follow Christ..... Rejoicing !!!

Watching an old Billy Graham classic crusade. So interesting to hear the message of many years ago, many of the same warnings and much of what he warned is here today.  Large massive crowds at these old crusades.  

Wish God would send another man forward to lead the nation together to Christ. I pray for that all the time. His son, Franklin, is trying hard now, really speaking loud truths about our nation today.  Many have closed their ears but I pray, too, that God will open their hearts and minds again. It took God to anoint men with the Holy Spirit and send them out through time. Praying he will anoint and give his favor to leaders once again now. 


I love hearing the old hymns. And the story of the old rugged Cross never gets old. The Holy Book still feeds the soul.  Praise God for He is good. The world is nothing compared to the glory of the Lord and our future with Him!  

"Rejoice always. I say rejoice!" If unbelievers watching us see us downtrodden and sad-faced, why would they want to follow us? Their worldly pleasures will lure them more.  We have to try to live in joy with the Lord so others will seek that joy that only the Lord gives us in saving us and promising to take us home with Him one day.  Praise God Almighty for He is good!  His love endures forever.
