Nearly All Mass Shootings Have One Thing in Common... And It Isn't The Weapon
An analysis first requires that the liberal mainstream media admit that there is a problem.
Liberals take a rather wicked pleasure in blaming guns and thus the Second Amendment for the actions of mass shooters like Jared Lee Loughner, Adam Lanza and Jacon Tyler Roberts.
However, evidence suggests that the one thing all mass shootings have in common is not the type of weapon used — but rather the drugs involved.
Every single individual who committed a mass shooting within the past 20 years was either taking or had at some point in time been taking a psychotropic drug of some sort. A psychotropic drug is basically a psychiatric medication designed to impact mood and behavior. Think Ritalin, Paxil and Clozaril, for instance.
The most popular category of psychotropic drugs, Selective Serotonin Re-Uptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), come with a slew of side effects, including but not limited to suicidal thoughts and violent behavior.
Now take a look at the following list, which matches a sample of mass shooters and murderers with the SSRIs they were taking:
Eric Harris, 17 – Luvox
Jeff Weise, 16 – Prozac
Cory Baadsgaard, 16 – Paxil
Kip Kinkel, 15 – Prozac, Ritalin
Luke Woodham, 16 – Prozac
Michael Carneal, 14 – Ritalin
Andrew Golden, 11 – Ritalin
Mitchell Johnson, 14 – Ritalin
TJ Solomon, 15 – Ritalin
James Wilson, 19 – Various
Elizabeth Bush, 13 – Paxil
Pekka-Eric Auvinen, 18 – Various
Asa Coon, 14 – Trazodone
Jon Romano, 16 – Various
Jared Loughner, 21 – Various
James Eagan Holmes, 24 – Various
Jacon Tyler Roberts, 22 – Various
Adam Peter Lanza, 20 – Various
Pay special attention to the ages. It seems very evident from this list, provided to us by Mad World News, that the side effects of SSRIs are especially prominent in children. Yet psychiatrists keep prescribing SSRIs to kids (and adults) as if they were candy.
This is not to say that psychotropic drugs serve no purpose, but rather that perhaps we need to seriously consider examining the way in which we peddle these powerful narcotics to people both young and old alike.
Here’s the thing. An analysis first requires that the liberal mainstream media admit that there is a problem.
Unfortunately, the media is not apt to do this — because doing so would mean putting aside the bogus argument that guns and thus the Second Amendment are the true culprit behind mass shootings …
