The Citizens United US Supreme Court RULING was
The US Supremes held that money is speech, and that corporations (just like unions!!!) could donate to PACS that are promoting votes on ISSUES (not candidates) freely, with some restrictions, just like Unions do and have for AGES.
The Democrats HATED this recent ruling because it essentially (finally!) leveled the playing field for We the People and our small corporations (and larger ones, if they wish) to show their support towards issues by donating, with certain limitations, just like the Communist controlled Unions have for time and forever!!!
The Democrats & all of their attorneys (and they have a slough of them as we all know) want to try and unravel this RULING, state by state, by passing certain laws (initiatives or referendums) that FOOL THE PEOPLE into voting for them so they can control "freedom of speech". It's only FREEDOM of SPEECH after all when it's THEIR freedom of speech. We know HOW that works!!!
Conservatives must become much more familiar with the US Supreme Court ruling and protect it, big time, in EVERY state!!!!! The damn democrats are hell bent to de-level the playing field, once again, so ONLY the unions can play ball!!!!!! Yep. So teach others and be watching very very carefully on this!!! AND DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!
