Drug Now Administered to Ebola Patients with God Only Knows What Effects and the Precautions You Can Take to Protect Your Family
News about the widening Ebola outbreak is getting worse by the day. Thus far, 1,600 persons have been infected and 877 have died. Last Friday, WHO (World Health Organization) claimed the virus was outpacing their response and the two American doctors, who have Ebola, have now been flown into to Georgia for treatment.
If these news headlines have left you wondering whether we are nearing a global pandemic with scenes reminiscent of movies like “Outbreak”, then here is something to ponder.
While Ebola is dangerous, there is good news, there are preventative actions you can take:
Always keep in mind that while Ebola is dangerous, its impact currently pails in comparison to things like cancer and AIDS. So at this time, don’t panic! The death count is slim compared to other diseases and I do not believe we have hit pandemic level. If it becomes airborne, then worry, but for now there are preventative actions that you can take if and when the need arises. But either way, don’t ignore the virus either, keep watch and see what happens.
