ISRAEL Not Doing Enough To Prevent Civilian Casualties?

Double Standard Does Not Begin To Describe The News Speak

Who is using human shields? Who is using schools, hospitals and Mosques as weapons storage facilities? Who continues to lob rockets at the major cities of its opponents?

From Brietbart  " Hamas sees the use of human shields as a "win-win," since if doing so deters an Israeli response, its fighters and weapons will be safe, and if Israel does respond, the civilian casualties can be exploited for propaganda uses.
In 2008, Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided detailed evidence of Hamas's use of human shields in Gaza. During 2012's Operation Pillar of Defense, a Hamas official boasted of using human shields in the fight."

Israel had warned Gazans to evacuate prior to striking. Talk about giving the enemy a heads up! Those warnings, as well as allowing humanitarian aid to enter Gaza, were not good enough for the State Department--which is apparently operating out of an alternate universe.

From FOX "The Obama administration accused Israel on Thursday of failing to do all it can to prevent civilian casualties in Gaza during cross-border attacks.
Noting the deaths a day earlier of four boys who were killed on a Gaza beach by an Israeli strike, the State Department said the high civilian death toll in Gaza has been "heartbreaking." Three more children were killed in Gaza on Thursday.
Still, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki also criticized Hamas militants in Gaza who continue to fire rockets and mortars into Israel, prolonging the latest round of violence in the Mideast that has so far killed 235 Palestinians and at least one Israeli.
"I don't think we've made any secret about our strong concern about the actions of Hamas, the indiscriminate rocket attacks, the targeting of civilians," Psaki said. "And that concern remains."
Of the Gaza beach attacks that killed four cousins on Wednesday, Psaki called the attack "horrifying."
"The tragic event makes clear that Israel must take every possible step to meet its standards for protecting civilians from being killed," Psaki said. "We will continue to underscore that point to Israel."
Asked whether the U.S. believes Israel has not done enough to prevent civilian casualties, Psaki said: "We believe that certainly there's more that can be done." entire post

Even as they acknowledge the fact that Hamas continues its aggression, they blame Israel for civilian casualties?
Memo:  To The Clueless or Complicit:
1. The way to stop civilian casualties is for Hamas to "man up" and go toe to toe with the IDF and stop hiding behind civilians!
2. The immediate way to stop the overall violence is for Hamas to cease firing rockets at Israel!
