Did We Miss This One?
Another tyrannical alphabet agency is waging a new war against its own citizens. The Bundy confrontation was only the latest in the BLM's war against the ranchers in the west--for whatever nefarious reason.
Well, we know that the EPA has long been right up there with them, and has now clearly gone headlong through the gates of totalitarianism.
From Breitbart: "The Environmental Protection Agency has come up with a way to execute one of the biggest land grabs
by the federal government ever perpetrated on the American public. On
Tuesday, the EPA proposed a change to the Clean Water Act so that the
EPA would have the power to regulate temporary wetlands and waterways."
Now, it is not only "natural" waterways, but temporary and/or seasonal ponds, streams, etc. which dry up during the dry season. This means any such body running through private property is subject to EPA control. This makes no sense whatsoever. It is out right theft. Period! Obviously the right to private property is becoming increasingly more endangered under this out of control administration.
