Has The United States Lost The Moral High Ground?

There was a time in the not to distant past when the United States was considered by the vast majority of people around the world, as that shiny city on a hill, the land of thousands of bright shining lights.  It was a time when our country was looked to for moral leadership.

     Back in the 90's that national morality began to tarnish ,with the anything goes in the Clinton White House and the looking the other way of the main-stream media.  A President could do just about anything in the White House and get away with it, as long as he continued to espouse the ultra liberal agenda.  This looking at the facts with blinders on, by the main stream continues on steroids with the Obama Administration.  With a President that has been lying to the American people from day one to the present.  This President's legacy will be one of lies, deceit and malfeasence, abetted and sustained by a main stream media that has lost it's own moral compass.    

     The Obama administration has and still continues to lie and cover-up facts about the tragedy in Bengahzi that resulted in the deaths of four brave Americans.  Where are the investigative reporters in the main stream media?  How has the Democrats been able to past a 2000 page boon-doggle of a health care bill, that no one in Congress had even read before it's passage and not be questioned by the media?   How can the President lie over and over for almost four years, saying if you like your health care policy, you can keep it and if you like your doctor you can keep him, period, and with no questioning from the main stream media?

     President Obama has left our ally, the Ukraine out to dry.  He has decimated our military  with cut-backs and is pushing to make our standing military the smallest, since 1940.  This despite the all the troubling upheaval  through out the world.  He blast President Putin of Russia for not obeying International law, all the while he has continued throughout his Presidency to ignore the laws of the United States, whenever it suited his political agenda. This President has drawn so many red lines that have been crossed by our adversaries without any meaningful consequence that he has become a laughing stock to our friends and foes alike.  His word holds no weight..

If the main-stream media does not make a complete turn around and start reporting the facts and not liberal spin, our Country is in for a future of moral decay and decline.
