U.S. being ruined by stupid people, Herman Cain says
The George Washington University Young America’s Foundation and College Republicans welcomed former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain to campus Monday night, and the former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza delivered a slice of sharp criticism.
Known for the simple “9-9-9″ tax plan that dominated his 2012 campaign rhetoric, the syndicated radio talk-show host stayed true to his approach in offering another simple solution to hyper-partisanship in Washington:
“Fire all of them,” Cain said.
And his condemnation didn’t stop there.
After sharing some childhood anecdotes with the ideologically diverse crowd of students, Cain addressed the Obama administration’s healthcare “disaster” and fervently criticized the nation’s political leaders.
“Stupid people are ruining America. Stay involved, and stay inspired,” Cain said, adding that “part of the problem is that our current political leaders lack the political will to solve the problem.”
