On Saturday November 16, 2013, in Phoenix, AZ, at Comerica Theatre, CITIZENS and CELEBRITIES alike, will STAND TOGETHER in support of our Second Amendment rights. The historic event will feature great music from Lee Greenwood, Andy Ross, R.A.D.A.R, and local talent James Kole. In addition to the music, comedians Jim Labriola (from Home Improvement), and former Saturday Night Live star Victoria Jackson will be performing stand up comedy for the pro-second amendment crowd. Organizers are also lining up a list of prominent speakers that will be announced in the next few weeks.
We’ve also invited NRA President, Jim Porter and NRA Executive Vice President, Wayne LaPierre to speak at this event. Their staff has replied with enthusiasm for both to appear if logistics can be worked out.
The "Hands Off Our Guns" concert will also feature a free giveaway where concert goers can win amazing prizes such as an AR-15, Crossbows, free NRA memberships, guitars signed by Hank Williams JR. and one signed by the performers at the show, and much more. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the great non-profit organization "All American Veterans Services," which helps veterans start new businesses. Radio talk show host and organizer for the event Don Smith recently stated "this is a chance for the American people to stand up for their second amendment rights, and enjoy some great entertainment at the same time."
