Tenth Amendment: Principle of Federalism through the provision of powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the individual states.

What is the Tenth Amendment?

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.



The Tenth Amendment Defined:

The Tenth Amendment is fairly similar to an earlier provision outlined in the Articles of Confederation which stated that each individual state shall retain sovereignty, independence, freedom, while possessing every power, right, and jurisdiction that is not expressly delegated to the greater governing body of the United States. Following the ratification of the Constitution, framers wanted a similar amendment to limit the federal government to only powers delegated, meaning the denial of implied powers

There are so many issues facing this country and it seems that more surface daily.   Those patriots who have vowed to fight and restore this Republic to the greatness of yesteryear seem to be spread so thin and running in different direction.   We appear unorganized, fractured and divided, not only to the Liberals but also to our own party.   When I look at the oh so many small groups starting movements for one effort or another, I think, would we not be more successful if we all joined forces and fought the battles, united and strong?

Let's look at just a few of these movements;

• Overpasses for Impeachment - this movement has hit the ground running, but are these wasted efforts of determined patriots?  In my opinion, yes.  Let us face the facts, this Congress will never move for Impeachment.  Noble effort, but futile.
• Demands to further the investigations of Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS - we are demanding from what we all know to be a corrupt, dishonest, above the law Congress a just and honest investigation, hearing and prosecution.   They will do the dance to quiet the masses with no results.  
• FB Blackout - 31,000 people protesting the perceived censorship of a privately owned company.   31,000 people that could have stepped away from their computer today and joined forces to educate and inform people of the real options available to fight the destructive policies of this administration.
• Obamacare - this movement is strong, and the more that is known and exposed of the pitfalls of the so called HC Reform, the louder the outcry becomes.  Congress will never defund, despite the petitions, phone calls, letters and the few true patriots in DC, and, as long as we have a Democrat controlled Senate it will never be repealed.  There is too much big insurance company money on the table.  This battle is being fought on the wrong level at this time

Obamacare is the biggest threat to our economy and our freedom.  This form of Socialized Medicine is taking us down a very slippery slope.  This is a battle we can win, but only at the State Level.  State Level Nullification can save us.
