Does obama Hate America?

I've lived a long time. I'm 58 and have lived through good presidents and bad presidents. For the first time in my life, I see a president, obama, who seems to hate America and Americans.


I don't say that lightly. I may not have liked some things Carter, Bush, Clinton, Nixon or any past president did, but I never doubted their love for America.

I have never seen an American president try so hard to divide the country based upon race, sex, religion or "class".

I really thought that having a half black, half white president would bring the country together. While I didn't vote for him due to my fiscal conservatism, I was optimistic that, for the most part, this country had moved beyond race. Sadly, I was mistaken. We are more divided than during the Civil Rights movement...possibly since the Civil War.

As a young woman, I was happy to join the women's rights movement. I wanted all women to have equal opportunity and equal pay with men. Had I known that today's women would depend upon "daddy government" for their livelihood and birth control, I never would have burned my bra!

The administration's war on all Christian religions has been blatant. I respect anyone's right to believe or not believe as they wish. Pray or don't pray as you wish. However, Christians and Catholics being put on the terrorist list? Never thought I'd live to see that one!

Finally, America is an egalitarian society. We do not have classes. We are born with equal rights and equal opportunities. We are not guaranteed equal outcomes. Outcome depends upon how hard we work and how we conduct our lives. We may each have differing income levels, but we do NOT have classes. The class warfare engaged in by the obama election campaign truly disturbed me. That is completely un-American!

A true leader, who loves America, does all he can to bring the country together. He or she has pride in America and instills that pride in his or her fellow Americans. Ronald Reagan was a leader who did just that.

All obama does is divide us, proof to me that he hates America and Americans.
