Gee, I Don't Remember Saying Everybody’s Health Insurance Premiums Would Go Down

Barack Obama promised that the average family health insurance premium under ObamaCare would decrease by $2,500; it’s gone up by over $3,000. San Francisco’s finest – Nimrod Nancy  – dutifully parroted O’s pledge in 2012. Now she says she doesn’t remember doing so, which begs the following multiple choice question:
