Liberal trolls lynching white Republicans.

Out of the 4,743 people lynched only 1,297 white people were lynched.  That is only 27.3%.  Many of the whites lynched were lynched for helping the black or being anti lynching and even for domestic crimes.

Since I wrote about Paula Deen and Conversations With a Liberal Man, it seems I did something right. I will just say this when trolls continue to follow you ----Using the dreaded "N" word. You hit a nerve. Perhaps Mrs. Deen (yes, I now know how to spell her name) did say something untoward. Yet I find that the liberal trolls are piling up like dead flies. You swat one and more come. So I have this handy hammer that blocks them. It works!  I put out statistics on Southern lynchings  from 1820 to 1968. (Lynchings occurred before and I bet after, too.)  I did this so we can view how many whites died protecting the blacks. Out of 4,743 documented lynchings,  1,297 victims were white. Many of those white victims were lynched for helping blacks. I believe that history is lost to so many young people. They see or hear, "South" and hate bubbles up. They do not know how many white people risked their own families and lives to create the underground railroad. Anti-slavery whites. They do not know how many kept blacks in their home, called "safe houses."  This amazes me, that while history is spoken by the right the left focuses on the sins, not the overall goodness in white people at that time. I grew up outside of Washington D.C. in Maryland. We lived near a railroad home. Many blacks stayed there while waiting transport to Canada. Maryland was considered a slave state. It did not secede. I have no white guilt for proudly my great, great, great parents  were Quakers they settled in Sandy Spring. There cause was to help as many blacks fleeing to Canada. So when I am harassed by liberals that do not know history I know it is hard for them to imagine anything great that came from the South.

In any case, the liberals have found a way to turn what happened in the Civil War and the Old South to their advantage using such phrases as "Republicans are racist". It was the Democrats that were the last holdouts in 1964.  Robert Byrd, Al Gore Sr., William Fulbright and many other "liberals" in the South that did not want the civil rights act passed. Over 80%  of Republicans in Congress voted for the Civil Rights Act and only about 60% of the Democrats. You will hear from the liberals that the Southern racists switched parties after 1964.  Nonsense!  Only three prominent Democrats switched parties: Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms, and Mills Godwin.

Calling people racist that you do not like is the Art of the biggest lie. Throw it out enough and hope it sticks. Try and shame a southerner for giving a Paula Deen wedding. Where black men wear white gloves grow up , get real everyone wore white gloves. At a Southern wedding they still do. If you went North at that time you would see white servants wearing gloves it was the fashion. They use tired old race baiting tactics. I have written that all the blacks I have had the honor to work with were highly educated, friends, and co-workers. Did they come to my parties?  You bet. Did they spend the night or week-end with me?  Yes, at that time we had built a bridge. We raised our kids together, we went to weight watchers, we went to church. We ate out often, taking a long lunch. Today we see division so harsh that I do not think I am in America. This administration has created a chasm so wide and long, I fear we will never overcome the hateful feelings that are said everyday on Google. Yet this is a diversion created by the liberal loons.

I have to vent and say the hate now has extended to foreigners who are in our politics. It amazes me that they even care. I am too focus on our country's problems to think about some tiny country the size of Virginia to voice an opinion. Yet cheap shots are taken all the time by small people. They take what you say out of context and revise it to fit their agenda. I have witnessed Americans agreeing with the comments that their country is far superior. I may not like everything about the United States but I have traveled and do know it is still the greatest country in the world. I do not define us by internal issues. We Americans--white, black, Asian, Hispanic--will rise up again and find our way back to what was once: Camelot.
